Location is perfect when you have events near or at the stadium or sports coliseum. The shower was pretty good All things I marked above. Plus breakfast was not good, bath was too small. There were no things in the bathroom.

they call me at 10am and said that they need it the room. I don’t think is appropriate

Floors were dirty and covered with human hair when I arrived. No soap in the bathroom. Wifi didn't work. Walls are paper thin and people were running through the hallways all night banging on doors. I left after one night of a two -night booking.
