It was close to a supermarket and metro station

Everything was great. The hotel isn't too far from the metro and close to Estadio where there are a lot of restaurants, bars and nightlife. The shower is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was fine for me

Clean room Very noisy. Other guests were screaming and laughing the whole night. Loud music the whole night

The receptionist Yelimar was awesome! I cannot say enough about her! She was perfect and she should be commended on her performance as a staff member and a member of the community! She definitely deserves composition and management!

worst experience and customer service I’ve ever had in hotel in Medellin. they sent me to other MOTEL a couple of streets away. dirty, smallest room I’ve ever been into, no sheets, hard bed and pillows, no window. it felt like I was in jail

- We arrived and we were told that we could not stay in the hotel. Then we stayed at med colombia which was one of the worst eyperiences that I had in my life. The room was directly at the main street and the window did not shut properly so we could not sleep at all. Please avoid this Hotels.

The price was very inexpensive, the staff were helpful & the shower had hot water (though it was set on some kind of timer as the hot water shut off completely after 5 or 10 minutes). I think the staff also retrieved my passport and put it with my suitcase (I'm actually not 100% certain what the chain of events were that led to my passport being on top of my suitcase in the luggage room. But in any case, I am very very grateful). The pillows were really weird. It felt & sounded like someone had stuffed pillow cases with like, plastic bags or something? The WIFI was terrible.
