The location, the beds, the shower, the staff. The internet wasn't very good in the room, the ventilator almost broke when I tried to move it.

Had to take different trains, switch to another Metro line, to get around, and reach most tourist attractions.

They first gave me a room that was like a prison cell and the shower didn‘t work. When I complained after one night they gave me another room, this one had a window and a well-working shower with hot water. The hotel feels very anonymous and although it was fully booked I almost never saw other people as there is no space to hang out. The bathroom had mold and you could smell it. The street was very loud, especially because the window did not fully close.

The whole staff is so great and friendly, slways smiling and helping despute the language barrier. They really take care of their guest and make sure they are safe. Everything is very clean. Estadio metro is a 10 minute walk and so is the entrance of the Laureles bar and restaurant street. It's very loud from the noisy and busy street. The hotel is just next to the main road.

I liked the price. Bathroom was ultra small with a width of about 32 inches. Had to turn sideways to get into shower stall. No hot water. Booking com is not current with locations of nearby restaurants. Ones listed are no longer there.
