Hotel Suite Comfort

Amazing location, with lots of restaurants in the area, and easy to meet groups for tours. I felt safe to walk around alone and enjoyed the green areas. The room was comfortable, as was the bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. They kindly kept my luggage for me before the check-in. The staff was kind and helpful. Would stay there again. The absence of a window in the room bothered me when I first arrived, but with the AC, I forgot about it after a while.

The breakfast was good, the location is good, unicentro and 70 are walkable from here. The staff was awesome from the cooks, cleaning ladies, and reception, very nice people! Can be noisy with motorcycles passing by but probably only if you're facing the front like I was. I'm sure the other rooms are fine.

The place was clean, and they accommodated us in a different room when I made my complaint. Upon arrival, the receptionist who checked us in was noticeably unfriendly and lacked the warm welcome we’ve come to expect—no smile or courtesy. The first room we were given had several issues: it was missing a nightstand, one of the top windows didn’t have a handle and couldn’t be closed, and the bathroom shower door was so narrow that a larger person wouldn’t fit. There also appeared to be mold on the ceiling. We raised our concerns and were moved to a different room, which we appreciated. The handyman who assisted us was friendly and helpful. However, even the second room had the same narrow shower setup, which made the experience uncomfortable, and no night stand light or hair dryer. While we’re grateful for the staff’s willingness to address the problems, overall, our stay was disappointing and fell short of expectations.

Great location The air conditioner had a problem, we woke up during the night with water coming out of it, overall it was pretty good.

Overall quite a standard room with decent size. Breakfast was good with even some extras. We didn't like that the air conditioning didn't work and the room got super hot over night. Also, we heard all the noise from the street and airplanes flying by close. The bathroom was not in best condition anymore and it was super tight with almost no room to stand. Lastly, there was only extremely bright light or nothing at all - so no chance to read a book or watch TV with any dimmed light source.

Clean & ample room The room had no windows! (It had one we couldn't open, so no view, it felt claustrophobic) The room had a big humidity stain next to the air-conditioning, and therefore the room smelled humid despite the cleanliness. The bathroom is really really small, disproportionate to the ample room. There is little to no communication amongst the staff of night & morning and we had to explain things long time and more than 4 times. Breakfast... You had to ask for everything because the "buffet"was almost always empty... really not great. But the food itself was good.

Ample room, cleanliness, beds We decided to stay there due to the proximity to the address where we had to be every day. Staff don't communicate amongst them. We had to repeat everything. Buffet breakfast is almost always empty,not enough food. But when there was food it was good. The room had no view. Only a window closed and with a white film,so no view. Air-conditioning had a humidity stain on the wall, so the entire room smelled at moss.

The women staff were excellent. The men not so caring. But the one who stood out the most was "Angie". She was exceptional. She went way out of her way to help my wife and I in every way. She is a "Shining Star" in the hotel. Thank you for hiring this amazing person. You will laugh at me. But staring at the wall 10 inches away from my nose when I went to the bathroom. But you were not the only place with this issue. It might just be a Colombian normal.
