Nice staff Good location Very noisy - the whole building has an open roof with a terrace and you can hear all the noises from the street. Since the party street 70 is nearby, you need to have strong earplugs.... During my stay, the rooms next door were being renovated and smelled strongly of paint. Not very clean - under-cleaned bedding. Under the sheet is some kind of rubber overlay. it does not sleep on it pleasantly.

The price, the concept, and its location. The attitude of the kitchen members during breakfast. When they took our breakfast order, they did not established eye contact with us. Besides, the breakfast was not good served in spite of it was tasty.

nothing really stood out to be honest, the staff were pleasant, the room was small but sufficient, it lacked any proper windows, just a few into the hallway, the breakfast was OK nothing to look forward to. here was free coffee in the reception area whih helped in the morning. and there is a large supermarket about 500 m away, its also a few streets from a fairly lively main street with bars and restaurants on so that was helpful. no complaints.

The price is very reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The cat that sneaks into the building and surprised us when we woke up by meowing outside our room was (for us) a pleasant surprise. The 24 hour reception was also handy since we had to leave very early. The bathroom has mold high up on the walls and the ceiling. The beds are fairly small and not that comfortable.

Wonderful staff, secure building on a quiet street in a great location. Simple amenities and the beds are a little firm, but overall you get more than you'd expect for the price. Will stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect! Close to every restaurant and souvenir shops! The night life is great there too The only thing is that we didn’t have airconditioner. There was a fan that did the job tho.

The location and reception staff were great. Also they stored our bags which was very kind. The price is low, but it needs to be given the other factors. Terrace area for breakfast is nice and free tea and coffee, but need to get rid of the plastic cups to claim sustainability conscious. This hotel is VERY VERY noisy. Given the past reviews of staff talking very loudly early in the morning, the fact this is still happening suggests its done on purpose to get guests up and out. Workmen painting at 7am, making a racquet is also unacceptable. Also given the sustainability claims, serving someone sausages after you had told them you were vegetarian is not only a waste of food, but completely ignorant. A lot of the rooms do not have ventilation or windows, so we found ours to be very claustrophobic.
