La piscina es muy fría y no tan limpia, pero no es importante sabiendo que uno no va a estar en el hotel

I loved the kind ladies at breakfast. They were the heart of our stay, made us feel like family. The hostesses all were very nice also. The room was much smaller than I thought, but honestly I did book the budget room, & the picture did look exactly as it stated. The property had other nicer rooms too. I’d book again at a bigger room, but I hope I can get a similar amazing discount. The walls were also extremely thin. The fridge wasn’t always stocked with drinks so we had to make preparations to buy drinks elsewhere. The room also didn’t come with any amenities like a blowdryer, lotion, lasting soap, stuff like that. But it felt more like a home vibe, so I was okay. Just be prepared to buy your own toiletries. Be prepared for noise, but honestly it was okay given everything else. The pool was also very cold. If it could be warm, I think it would’ve made everything else perfect for me nonetheless.

It was good to far from everything The ac was stuck on 16 the tv would not change to English. There was no place to hang clothes for a week.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Clean room. Good AC. Reliable hot water. Safe area. A very poor wifi. at times outright unusable. One would say in that respect we were at the beginning of the previous decade. Was there any wifi at all back then? A meagre and unimaginative breakfast. Hardly deserving two stars, let alone four. A toilet/shower so narrow that sometimes you wished you could do your things in an airplane just to have more space.

It had parking

The property is located in secure area. In the middle of all the important points of interest. ALL the Staff are amazing. Clean facilities. Calm, AC. Great Bfast. Small clean pool & jacuzzi. Staff does NOT bother clients at all. Everyone respects each other. Recommend to foreigners & Locals too. No Elevator But not needed. Easy stairs. No problem.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We ended up leaving after the first night and booking a different hotel. The room we were given was significantly smaller and less accommodating than what was shown in the photos, especially for a family of three. While we were informed we could be moved to a larger room in a couple of days, this wasn’t a feasible solution for us. The room felt cramped and dark, with an uncomfortable bed, and noise carried throughout the building, from the lobby to outside. Unfortunately, it was not the experience we were expecting or comfortable with.
