I stayed there for 5 days and I never received a service room

Me gustó que está a pocas cuadras de la Macarena..

Muy mala actitud de la señora de los desayunos, no hay variedad para elegir, el lugar se encuentra en remodelación y hay mucho polvo , había una selección de bailarinas entrenando en los pasillos y no les decían nada irrespetando el descanso

The accommodation was requested and accept By the hotel in advance to be easy to access for a low-mobility person; upon arrival I was informed that they don’t have availability, and no other option was given that a room on the fifth floor without elevator on the building.

They didn't have elevator to go at the rooms, so we had to go true the stairs every time with heavy bags.

This horel had excellent beds witj clean sheetsand blankets,, hot water and a delicious breakfast. The front desk service was great. If I return to this area i will book at Hotel Suramericana.

Nothing. Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were required to open the garage door ourselves. The building has no elevator, and there was no assistance offered with our luggage. When we entered the room, there were no towels provided. Additionally, payment by credit or debit card was not accepted; we were told that payment was only possible via bank transfer, which was highly inconvenient. The hotel’s location is also problematic, as the surrounding area is heavily populated by homeless individuals, making it feel unsafe. Overall, this has been one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I would not recommend this property.

The hotel is very good located and has access to the metro station just in front of the hotel. Around the corner places ro eat and chill Love the location, and the price is good. BF is not as bad as I have heard before. It is just a simple breakfast. It is not an American BF buffet or something Overall, when going on vacation, you go to explore the country/city...so for me and friends it was good, It was my second time staying and will be more in the future. It does not have an elevator,

Good location next to the metro but wouldn't recommend for light sleepers. The beds are uncomfortable and it's very loud next to the main road. The breakfast is awful and showers are cold

Bed was comfortable , airconditioning and location staff was okay. Place could use a good clean up stairs were alwaya dirty even after roomservice cleaned up the floor, no hot water, where you eat breakfast looks like tables werent cleaned for a year? AND there i supposed to be a mini fridge in the room but when we arrived there was none , asked reception about it , they answer ; get back to u but never does so we stopped asking , due we were there for only 3 days, we just opted to keep our stay because we alryd paid for it upfront.Bed was comfortable , airconditioning and location SUPER ,staff was okay.

Rude staff, took forever to check in, required cash to check in early but accepted my credit card for the booking? Makes no sense. They need to fire the lady working there in the day time, she doesn’t know what customer service is.
