Inntu Hotel

The staff most definitely. Everyone was SUPER helpful, going above and beyond and doing things IMMEDIATELY. I had an issue with the wifi... they brought up my own private router ! Breakfast was really good...and different items everyday ! Room was meh. Not bad... but not stellar, like the service. It was... a room.

The Location, breakfast and the staff. Nothing, everything was damaged in bad condition. The floor, the doors were all broken, the phones didn’t work to call the front desk. There were no wifi available( none of the 3 different ones worked). The sink was clotted. There is not enough tv channels only, local channels. I’ ve been a customer for many years and I used to love everything about the Inntu hotel until now. I probably won’t come back it is pretty sad,

Love the location around many different restaurants and felt safe walking the neighborhood My only complaint with the hotel was that the WiFi was not good at all, it would come and go.

Location and walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The staff was very nice and helpful and spoken some English. The wi-fi internet connection could be better. I kept having problems connecting.

Everything was excelent Everything

Well lets start with the internet, although they know that there were doing changes in the network. No one tells you anything, only if you complain. There is not router in the room, so the lady came to install it, it did not work and left the room before it did. Very disappointing this hotel.How is possible got so many stars. Beside you need to ask for everything to be provided, there was not iron, there were not clothing hangers. And none of the three phone of the room worked. So if yoy need something you need to come down to reception to get it.

Long procedures, bureaucratic. Tight parking

Breakfast options were very limited and quality was not that great, but you have to keep in mind its not a top end hotel, so you can't be expecting great culinary experiences. I thought it was decent enough for what you're paying and if you prefer something different there were a few great breakfast spots within walking distance

The staff is EXCELLENT PLUS, everybody is willing to help with a smile their faces, specially the reception and restaurant personnel. Very nice and safe location.

I think they need to pay attention a little more on updating the bathrooms, the walls did have mildew and it looks all, the trash can was broken. The staff, breakfast buffet and location

My husband, my family, and I have been visiting this hotel for several years. What we have noticed over time since we started coming is a steady deterioration of the infrastructure. The floors are falling apart, the doors are missing pieces, the air conditioning doesn’t work, and the water is very difficult to manage. During our last stay, we only had hot and super-hot water, which made it impossible to take a shower without discomfort. The towels were old and rough. And I could go on. We will not be returning, despite the location and the staff

The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The sheets were dirty and they just shook them and left them that way. Small adjustments need to be made, keeping in mind that it is well-centered and can be recommended.??

It was away from any bars or nightclubs so I was able to sleep in peace and quiet. Also there was hygiene gear available in my room. I usually have to ask for it. A lot of restaurants near by. The wifi was horrible in my room. I had a slightly okay service in my room and none in the bathroom.
