AMAZING PLACE! Would 100% recommend! Close to Provenza (around 10-12 walk) and restaurants. Noise was not a problem at all. Orquidea, Paula and Jose were amazing hosts.

Beautiful decoration. Room with kitchen inside and big shared area. Very very noisy all night. The ladder to access the mezzanine is dangerous.

Nice private rooms and nice public rooms to share time with family also staying there. Prompt responses to most questions, needs - like laundry.. Our reservation was for 2 consecutive dates as we couldn’t change Booking’s reservation. Upon arrival there was a great deal of confusion but it was sorted relatively quickly to everyone’s satisfaction.

The bathroom does not have any ventilation so the room was very humid and we had to open the door to the common area to allow the air to change.

Good beds and nice common areas to sit and read. Breakfast very tasty and served by friendly staff. We were faced 1 day on beforehand to move to neighbouring B&B Botanica Garden. It did not have airco and propsed price was 15% higher. We could negotiate for the same price and finally all went well. Bathroom too small.

Very clean and close to the train and bars in Poblado. There’s no on site staff, so if you need anything you have to communicate via WhatsApp. However, they are very attentive, and respond quickly.

It is very well located, and easy to get to the metro and the main parts of the city. There are all the kitchen facilities you require and the bed is comfortable. The AC worked well too. This is a room with no natural light, and it is very compact, especially for anymore than 2 persons (we were 4!) The common area can cause issues with the night light going on and off which comes into the room and can be a disturbance.
