The restaurant over charged for breakfast, we were told but receptionist that buffet breakfast was 22.000 COP per person and restaurant charged us 45.000 COP plus 10% tips when all was self service and when we asked for hot coffee we were told that whatever it was on the pot is what is available by hotel policies, after bringing this issue to the front desk we were told that it was the restaurant policies and nothing was corrected ..so we ended up over paying for a breakfast that it was awful that we didnt even eat and couldn't even get a hot cup of coffee. Service all around was completely awful. Was not worth the price they charged, seems like every place in nedellin is abusing the tourists in every way they can. I wouldn't recommend medellin to visit. Your money will be better spent some place else

location was perfect, and safe. the room was clean and had most things, except a blowdryer and iron. a minibar and small kitchenette. breakfast was simple but good. easy to get your transportation to where you need to go. it is in a beautiful and save area. staff was very friendly and they also speak english, in case you don't speak spanish. there was nothing wrong with the place. the small items missing in the room was not a big deal. I would definitely stay there again.

location The hotel itself is in a convenient spot, but I wouldn't stay here again, especially on a weekend. Communication was incredibly frustrating. Almost no staff speaks English, particularly at the front desk. This made check-in and any questions a real challenge. Breakfast is average at best—nothing special and definitely not worth the extra money they charge for it. The biggest issue for me was the noise. If a good night's sleep is important to you, look elsewhere. On the weekend they have a live band that plays until midnight, and it was so loud it genuinely felt like the band was performing inside my room. The soundproofing is nonexistent. On top of everything, I was charged more at the hotel than the rate I booked through Booking.com. They claimed it was a local tax, but the numbers still didn't add up. I'm currently working with Booking to get the difference refunded. Bottom line: Skip this place if you value peace and quiet or easy communication. Fine for a quick party weekend maybe, but not for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful Loft Building, loved my loft unit; it had everything I needed inside including a stunning view.Great helpful staff, very clean and the rooptop Breakfast was amazing..Special thanks to Management and the night shift lady ..very friendly and most helpful with all my questions&interest in Medellin. Thank you

Amenities bathroom were very poor

Do not have hot water, do not have shower door, bad air dryer, poor breakfast

I did not expect my girlfriend to spend the night but she could not even come to my room without a 100.00 charge. I understand the reason, but do not punish everyone for the dumb males of the world.

The mattress was no the best

The style and that everything is new. It feels great to just be there.

The location is perfect for experiencing the full gastronomy of Medellín. The rooftop offers an incredible view, making it an ideal spot to enjoy a great meal and cocktails. It’s truly a must-visit if you’re planning a trip to the city. None

Beds are comfy ! Bathrooms are too small ..... i think they forgot to design the bathroom correctly. can't take shower comfortably... its so cramped up. Staff takes ages to check in and check out !
