Hilton Garden Inn Medford, OR 

Facility aging. Our room was quiet. Elevator was acting up. Was told that's normal and it's worked on weekly ? Breakfast (not free) was pretty disgusting. Overall, served its purpose.

We only stayed two nights, each on different dates. Each time the staff was very helpful. Highly recommend for quick stays.

They graciously checked me in early. Bathtub drain clogged up the tub with water. They need to run a snake down the drain and fix the plumbing.

I wish they had given us heads up three days before so that I could replan for an affordable nice hotel. Very disappointed Hopefully don't happen to anyone else

I love the Hilton overall and keep returning there when I go to Medford Oregon. Its also beside Assante Health Care Clinics and their shuttle service takes you there as well as the local Airport,. Overall it deserve 5 stars as far as I am concerned.

Location was great. It was very quiet -- we were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Room was roomy and clean and the TV even greeted us by name when we entered.

Housekeeping entered my room twice, even though I had my do not disturb sign on my door, the room was not clean to a quality housekeeping standard. There was crumbs covering the chair, there was coffee splashed onto the furniture and cupboards, and the pillows and sheets were sloppily applied to the bed. Other than that the only other thing I have to say is that the walls and floors are so thin, you can hear EVERYTHING coming from the rooms surrounding you.
