We stayed here while visiting friends in Ashland and seeing some shows at OSF. It was a great value for the price.

This is definitely the best hotel deal in Medford. The place is super clean, right in the middle of downtown and the price is insanely reasonable. The room was well lit, had a mini fridge and microwave, plenty of towels and a roomy shower and bathroom. I will stay here every time I'm in Medford.

Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.

Really close to downtown so I was able to walk around Walls are thin so my neighbors phone alarm woke me up at 7:30am

Nice quiet area with well lit parking close to the rooms. Dog and service animal friendly with a small pee/potty enclosed area for your furry friend. Great Hosts, very clean room, newly remodeled with modern updates. Microwave needs to be up on the desk for more accessibility, add a small table and two chairs for eating and talking, place them on the far bathroom wall. Hang the hair dryer on a wall and install a couple shelves for makeup and travel bags. No place to put bathroom toiletries.

Great location. Very clean, modern and nice. Appreciated the complimentary shampoo, condition and body wash in the shower.

The room was comfortable and clean, and the manager was very helpful and friendly. The alley the runs through the middle of the motel attracted a noisy, homeless man one evening.

Can't name one thing. ???????????????????????? Poor conditions. Bugs ? in bed. (See pic) Paint peeling off the walls (see pic) +most likely lead based+ **not confirmed**. Dirty and moldy baseboard(s) (see pic) ? Hair in the tub. Bathroom had old Spanish rice or Chinese food ?stuck to the counter (see pic) Malfunctioning vent(s). Broken coat rack that almost came out of the wall had I put a feather ? on it. Rusty and filthy sink. After itching like crazy I decided to look in the bed where I found little critters that I don't think should have been there. Bites on my legs. Coughing from mold and breathing kinda weird. ??????????????????? I contacted the headquarters who responded promptly with "someone will be able to assist you within 48 hours.". Oh, it gets better. I get a phone call (after 12 or more attempts ) to reach the office - from a gentleman claiming to be the new owner and that they have shut down that part of the hotel due to poor conditions and that they Should not have even been rented. All I was asking was for my money back. Nothing more ( which I believe I'm entitled to) nothing less. $78.00. Thats it. I was told to sue for 1k+. The new owner did nothing but argue with me about how it was not his fault, despite me telling him that he is now the face of the company and it's in his best interest to accommodate my request promptly. He said there is nothing he can do and it's not his fault. Which I get. It's not. But being the new owner- one would think you'd want to make a good name for yourself and be kind to help promote business. I even told him I'd help him market his business if he'd just make it right. ??? I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL. RENOVATED OR NOT. POOR OWNERSHIP AND EVEN WORSE MANAGMENT. I WOULD NEVER TAKE ANY KIDS, ELDERLY OR EVEN OFFER SOMEONE I DISLIKED A RECOMMENDATION. +HE OFFERED ME DISCOUNTED OFFERS FOR FUTURE STAYS, WHICH I POLITELY DECLINED.???
