Royal Crest Motel

The room wasn’t clean the ac didn’t work the remote didn’t work. When I check out and was trying to talk to the lady she kept interrupting me. The first night someone knocked and tried to open the door. When I came out there were cops pulling up to the hotel. The blankets were dirty I ended up using my own blankets and pillows. The only good thing was the shower snd it had a fridge for the same price as motel 6 it’s not worth it and I don’t mean to be rude but it’s the trust the cleanly lady needs to step up her game

Sheets were clean. Brown liquid leaking from the bathroom ceiling onto the toilet and into the shower, stained blankets and pillows full of cigarette burn holes, upstairs floor creaking, cockroaches outside, matress felt like a billboard, toiletries are not replaced unless you ask the front desk, listing on booking.com was not clear or accurate, drug-addicts roaming around the hotel grounds (one walked into my room when we left the door open for a few minutes), wall outlets very loose, tv remote batteries were dead, sink is cracked, pipe underneath goes through a hole in the wall, AC unit is damaged and doesn't work very well.

When we checked into our room, the bathroom had black mold and holes in the wall. We immediately tried to leave and get a refund. The manager refused to give us a refund. I showed him the black mold in the restrooms. He didn’t care I had to call Expedia. Which took a very long time. Expedia was finally able to refund me my money. It’s going to take up to 10 business days. I strongly recommend you find other places to stay. Royalcrest hotel is terrible.

The blanket had many burn holes. The sheets had stains. Under the sheets, there appeared to be bed bugs. The property was in poor repair.

Is a good value. Really appreciate it Is not that clean elven if tge facilities are decaying or 2 hand used. Tgey can get cleaner stairs and corridors

Nothing. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. I’m allergic. When I asked for a cleaner non smoking room, they would not change it. The room was shabby and uncomfortable. The bed was lumpy, and saggy. When I got to my destination, I had to strip, shower, wash all my cloths, and sprat myself, my car and house with Fabreeze to get rid of the horrible cigarette smoke smell that permitted everything. It was awful !!

Feet stuck to carpet. The faucet on the sink was completely broken off. TV remote didn't work at all. All the soda machines were empty. The ice machines worked with questionable hygienic maintenance. Sheets seemed clean.

Bed was super uncomfortable, shower barely worked and wouldn't drain,the ceiling in the shower covered in mold, hair dryer plug was a fire hazard.

Hotel has a 200 deposit they didnt put on the wesite so when i showed up they refused to give the key i paid for.

We have been staying at Royal Crest for 25 years! It is not fancy, but we come back over and over because we can depend on soft, clean beds and a kind and no nonsense staff.
