WoodSpring Suites Medford near I-5

The property is brand new but there were a lot of long stray hairs in the bed and bathroom in the room.

Rm was ok, 3rd floor was stinky, no soap , no coffee cups although they did offered coffee. Overpriced for the amenities, only the location convenience .

The rooms were decent since it is new. You cannot use the microwave in the room and there is not a coffee maker in the room. When my fiancé went down and asked for a box of tissues, the counter person literally said, “We don’t charge enough to supply tissues”.

Location and staff were great. However, there is one hairdryer for the entire hotel - and it was already checked out - Ridiculous! I have not been to a hotel in the past 30 years that did not have a hairdryer in every room. Won’t stay again.

The rooms were spacious and clean. There was no kleenex in the room and no hair dryer. Who ever was on the floor above was noisy and it sounded like they kept running back and forth in the room and opening and closing drawers until the wee hours in the morning and also early in the morning so we did not get a goods night sleep. It is too bad you do not offer a morning breakfast.

It was a very enjoyable stay. There is lots of shopping and place to walk to easily. I am def6 staying here again.

When I took it to the desk at check out the guy says oh, well thank u, I'll get rid of him for u!!! Are u kidding me not an apology not nothing!!!!! Super bad first time there

Room was filthy, and smelled of soiled linen. Tons of freeway noise. I left without a reassignment or refund.

Will never stay at this place again. First of all the stovetop off couldnt use. Microwave disconnected , no pots pans or silverware. And to top it off, was down in the lobby with others complaining about bed bugs in their room. Do yourself a favor and find a place better than this. Stay away...

I appreciated the simple room and no carpet. Coffee in the lobby was nice but a small coffee maker in the room would be useful. Pet deposit was $50 not $30 as was published on the website. All in all a good stop for a single night.

The check person was nice and that is all that I can say. The room looked clean but there was a bad smell in the air. The microwaves could not be used and that is one reason we picked the place along with the price. Disappointed

My stay was wonderful and extended it 2 times. Staff was always courteous and accommodating.

But for a super clean modern room it was great. Plan to use for all Medford visits in future.

Nice, clean and new property; however there were no ammenities in the room that had a partial kitchen... nothing!

Could not adjust the temperature of the air conditioner, was told there was a thermostat on the wall by the door... Could not find one. No complimentary toiletries, no hair dryer. No, do not disturb sign for the door. Housekeeping does not check your room everyday. Front desk manager was pulled away to deal with the microwave fire... Cleaning staff he put in charge of the front desk had no idea how to check me in. After 30 minutes they called the manager and he checked me in within 2 minutes. The hotel is brand new, wasn't on Google Earth. This one I understand was unavoidable ...2-Hour delay in checking in because of the microwave smoke. They put me on the third floor. It smelled like electrical fire in the hallways. They went to every room and unplugged every microwave. The room rates were very reasonable. The motel being brand new was a plus. The two room cleaners that tried to checked me in were rude.

The laundry amenities, stove, fridge and microwave were useful and so were the two sinks and large beds in the room. Thank you

The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable to stay in. I would definitely recommend this establishment for families with pets.

Checked in close to midnight and the night clerk was great. This is a newer property so everything is new and nice. The beds could be better but this isn’t a luxury hotel. Very easy access off of I-5 with lots of parking. Would stay again.
