Amenities were nice. Room was affordable

I didn't have high expectations when I booked this, because I was trying to save money. But I did expect the room to be decent at best. The room was so nasty I didn't even want to take my shoes off. The upholstered chair was so stained and gross I wouldn't even sit on it. The other chair had a large splash of something all over it also, so I obviously wouldn't sit in that either. I peaked under the bed as I always do in a hotel, and there were giant dust bunnies and old tooth flossers. The sheets appeared to be clean, so I slept for about 3.5 hours, then bolted. I really couldn't leave fast enough.

Staff good, but old style hotel

The motel was run down, dirty and very unpleasant. The beds were saggy and bed spread kind of creepy. Gentleman at the front desk seemed nice however.

Couldn't get the TV to turn on.

Nothing, they had roches, i asked them to changé my room and they did, to a room that was alfeady being use a d diptyque. Qt that time manager Turner histoire doorbell off and ignorer me the white night. If u just get a refond, I will be ok. I d'idnt like the fact that the manager turnes his doorbell off

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay here. The staff were extremely helpful and supportive. The place was clean and well maintained. the rooms showed some signs of wear and hinted that the building was not new, but despite this, it was well maintained. The only thing was that the inside of the buildings looked like something out of an Orwellian science fiction movie. There are just long sterile hallways, and all the doors look the same. This is not an inconvenience, just an observation. It might creep some people out though. Other than that, I have no complaints about this establishment.

Clean towels Cockroaches and filthy room, didnt feel safe, and heard other guests fighting and screaming. Wouldn't come back again and do not recommend it ever

I'm very disappointed that in the four nights of my stay I did not get any maid cleaning or replenishing of coffee. I did have two sets of towels which was good because no maid service with fresh towels. I don't know if no room service is the standard for Travelers motels. I would think vacuuming should be an everyday thing. The internet signal was active, but was there and then it was gone off and on all day and at night too. I'm x

Room had graffiti all over it with a weird odor. It juat felt very dirty. I wouldnt stay again.

Pictures were not even close to what the motel actually looked like. Rooms were not cleaned before we arrived there was smoking in the building very dark place avoid it. Booking.com has yet to refund me my full amount and has not been transparent through the process. I personally will not book through them again.

The room was not clean and the whole place smelled bad. I did not stay.

To leave and get a different hotel for The night.
