Roaches in the bathroom we didn’t go back

They refused to rebook my room based on the manager said I was rude? And she blacklisted me so I cannot book at any hotel in there chain. I want a full refund!!! She sounded so crazy! Coffee place was ok staff needs to be replaced.

It was coffee and muffins. Refused my booking because of blacklisted from the one across the street. They called over there and they refused my booking. Full refund requested.

Don't go here if ur not Hispanic had no wifi 2 days. Seen a baby roach as we were leaving and some kind of flying termite looking thing my opinion the staff was not at all helpful didn't answer phone 1 time always busy

Quiet and clean with an exceptional staff.

Great staff Barbara, Nada, and Rachel are excellent. Housekeeping is great as well at cleaning, and maintaining the needs of towels and sheets. Would definitely recommend this area.

Smell of mildew was too strong. One front desk staff was terrible. Pushed the bell 10 times within 20 min waiting to check in.

There were roaches in my bedroom
