Great place if you need access to the airport and no ride to get there. In central Melbourne. Newer last couple years. Clean, quiet and 5 min walk to airport terminal. Breakfast included and a solid restaurant/bar. Can’t ask for more from Hyatt at the airport in Melbourne.

The decor of the facility (rooms, lobby, etc.) I think the airplane theme is really nice. Bed was comfy. Friendly staff! Also, the fact that there are knobs to hang your hat and coat on was a nice feature. Only one laundry machine which was out of order. Looked for others on every floor but there was just one. Thought that was unusual. The pool had a lot of leaves floating in it. Wished it didn’t. Bathroom floor could benefit from sweeping or vacuuming. Too much hair from previous guests on the floor.

Restaurant and bar on premises. Good good, fun atmosphere. Thurs night even had music. Room clean. Spacious and comfortable. Even breakfast buffet in morning.

Paying for parking, by a registered guest can be considered false advertising. This fee increases the cost of stay. Change/fix that, you get my fifth star.

Location location location! Clean comfortable quiet. Paying for parking. Am desk person always acts like it’s bothering her in the morning to get a paper receipt like my business requires.

Clean and spacious room. 4 mi. Walk to the Melbourne Airport. Literally on the property. We enjoyed the Rooftop Bar and Grill. The outdoor pool was very nice. This was a great stay for us. We will definitely be staying here every time we fly into this airport. I can say there was nothing we didn’t like. It was perfect for my family. We have a family of five and we stayed very comfortably. With two queen beds and a pullout sofa. It was very spacious.
