Nice place and great people

The place is perfect for what I needed which was to stay the night to board my cruise the next day. Could use some more TLC or remodeling.

Breakfast was fresh and ready on time. Unfortunately, during my stay hotel was under construction. Much needed.

Staff was great Ms.Martha made sure we were ok our entire visit and gentleman at the desk made checking in smooth

Staff was helpful but elevator was broken the entire duration of our stay as well as most gym equipment. Police were at the hotel twice during the stay. Free breakfast was nice.

I had to redo the shower curtain on the rod since the housekeeping staff evidently does not know how to thread on the holding tabs! Horrible pillows!!

Great location

The room was clean and comfortable, but the hallways were a mess. I understand the property is undergoing renovations, but they could do a better job of keeping the common areas clean and organized. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and I would consider staying again once the remodeling is complete.

Hot water took forever. Breakfast - glad it was included because I would not pay for it. Mattress terrible old and broke down. Middle of mattress was at least a 4 inch canyon. The employees were very nice.

Air conditioning is a little noisy but staff members are very nice and friendly! Breakfast is great!

The building is under construction but we never heard any work. Rooms were cleaned and never seen any bugs or anything all week. Only bad thing was key needed reactivated a few times during stay

This was our 1st & last stay at this hotel. We stuck it out because it was for 1 night. When we got our room it was disgusting. The mattress was stained, the lamp shades were rusted & moldy looking. There was a smell that we couldn’t handle. The elevator was off track & scary to be on. We requested another room down stairs and they gave it to us. It was better than the one before but had a smell & was run down. The breakfast was poor. Very little to choose from & not tasty. The pool had leaves & dirt all in it. So there goes swimming. I hate to have so much negative comments but there is nothing positive to say.

That room was even more filthy. There was a literal hole in the floor/wall. Everything had dust, rust, or mold on it. It smelled bad too, but this was more of a musty mold smell. Air conditioner worked, but thermostat on wall did not, and would randomly stop, and I know it wasn’t down to the temp it was set at. There were random people sleeping in the hallways. On one of the door was a police/animal control note about an animal bite case. Behind the building, a guy was standing in the dark,smoking weed, grilling for some reason. Half the parking lot is blocked off and it looked like a garbage dump. We had to get scanned into the front door after 10, but the back door was propped open. You had to go to the 3rd floor for ice, and there was leaking water everywhere. The breakfast was decent, and the lobby wasn’t completely terrible. We didn’t use the pool- can’t speak to that. But it was pretty bad. For the ~$80 a night, I shouldn’t want to avoid the room and feel like I have to leave my bags in the garage when I get home.
