The location is as good as it gets for the CBD, trendy and sleek hotel, staff was really nice and accommodating. Nothing.

I appreciate the general design of the hotel, from first impression arriving at the hotel and lobby area, the design is beautiful. The black out blinds worked really well and made for a comfortable sleep. Control system in the room with lights and temp was great. Cleo rooftop restaurant was lovely and worth having breakfast included in your stay. Paying a premium for a room that really takes the romance out of your stay. I wouldnt recommend this stay for a couple. The entrance to your hotel room opens straight to a view of the bathroom area. No separation from the bathroom to the bedroom area. No separation between the shower or toilet - huge lack of privacy. the shower system lacks heat. Tap handle in the bathroom wouldn't stay up which made it very difficult to use. No toilet brush or bin in the bathroom. Only 1 bin in the entire room. Lighting was way too dark - difficult to get ready in the room.

Overall, the vibe, ambience and design of the room and hotel were excellent. However, it lacked a proper lobby lounge, and room amenities could be improved.

Very inviting and welcoming staff, the room was amazing! Had so many facilities and was so clean. In room Breakfast was great. They made us feel so special with a personalised note for our anniversary. Nothing was ever a problem with our bags given we had travel times that were outside of check in and check out time. Will definitely be back, thank you so much team :)

The location was ideal. Close to Regent Theatre. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room felt freshly renovated and clean. The room service was delicious and breakfast at Cleo was wonderful.
