Great property and in the handiest of locations. Dining, events and shopping all covered ! The executive lounge really isn’t needed in such a handy location.

Location to the MCG, the parking was very convenient and the block out blinds meant we slept into 9am Upon checking in the wait was longer than expected.

The staff were all excellent. The room nice - although our bed cover had a hole in it and our coffee cups hadn’t been cleaned properly and were stained. The one real disappointment was breakfast. We are both vegans and my wife a coeliac. As a result there was no choice for a hot main, so we were restricted to sides which would be ok but of those options the mushrooms had been cooked in butter and the hash browns shared a fryer with wheat products. But the bigger issue was that having been restricted to 3 sides, which is what those who chose eggs and bacon also had - why not give us 4 choices to match the total meals for other guests- we were only served side size portions, and those portions are approx 1 tablespoon of food. So three tablespoons of food was it. We aren’t big eaters but that is less than what makes for a satisfying meal.
