Great location, access to facilities, friendly and attentive staff, and cosy space. The bathtub and shower, the fan being on the ENTIRE time, and the small balcony.

The Room was clean and quite spacious. the shower and bathroom were also quite good. The bed was a decent size but could have been bigger based on the space in the room. The pillows were not good and there was no choice of multiple options. i prefer a flat, softer type pillow. The room was also close to the street so we could hear people outside having a good night. that wasnt so bad being in Melbourne we kind of expected that.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable and the staff were helpful and friendly. Location is great walking distance to trams and shops and theatres. Spa tiles are broken off and the bath in the room didn’t drain well

the location was good as long as you know where the tram is. The rooms themselves are abit dated. I had to request they leave coffee because that wasnt filled up one day, also spare toilet roll wasn't left. This isn't a major but guests shouldn't have to request these things. No complimentary water provided is disappointing. At breakfast I had to ask everyday for a teaspoon. The staff were lovely but not very good at keeping things filled up. No mugs, again I had to ask...For a 5 star hotel this kind of thing shouldn't be happening. We had a room that included parking. The day we left our flight was early so we checked out at 5am. When we walked over to the car park it was totally shut up with a big sign open at 6am!...We were just about to ring the after hours call out as we didn't know how to get in, when another car exited the building we walked in using that exit. The hotel guy arrived with a key to let other customer in, but he hadn't told or mentioned this to us...this was extremely stressful at that time of the morning...we should have been told the carpark wasn't open and he should have either come with us to let us in or informed us to use the key pad (we found this afterward)...again I expect better from a 5star hotel

The location was central to the theatres. The breakfast was very good. Felt secure. Very disappointed that the buffet breakfast we had paid for through booking.com was not honoured by the hotel. Had to pay for breakfast twice. All 4 pillows on the bed were rock hard. Not many suitable dining establishments within walking distance.

Check in and check out was fast, uncomplicated. Everything was Very well explained by the staff re parking and breakfast in the morning. Ordered some room service, it arrived promptly pricing was fair. Definitely go back.
