The hotel was clean, well maintained, the staff were excellent and the location good...10mins walk to Queen Victoria Markets with a #56 tram right into the city 2 mins walk away. Very little at such a good price. They book school group bookings, which can be a bit loud, but otherwise I think you'd have to pay a lot more to get a better hotel.

the room was very clean, the location was close to the CBD, overall stay was great there could have been extra storage or space in the bathroom. the hotel also did not have an elevator as well so bringing luggage using stairs was definitely a challenge
