Room size was good, plenty of room, nice bathroom and kitchenette. It was super quiet and very handy to where we wanted to be, within 10-12 mins walk to the Docklands and just not too much longer walking into the city. Staff were friendly and we thought it was great value for price.

The bed was comfortable. Great location. Reception staff allowed early entry into our room after a long travel day. That was amazing The room seemed small upon arrival but the room was set up well and there was enough room for 2 people and their luggage.

Clean, modern apartments, with friendly staff and good location (cafe and grocery store nearby, not too far from the train station / Queen Victoria market). We’ve got an upgrade for a special occasion and it was just the best thing to happen during our trip, so grateful to the staff!

I have stayed here twice, and during my second stay, an incident occurred. The reception staff handled the situation very professionally and did their best to help. I was very impressed and happy with their professionalism. The showerhead was a little tricky to use. Both times, I ended up getting water on my face because I wasn’t sure how to adjust it—though maybe that was just me!
