It’s convenient and clean. Just one time, the housekeeper didn’t throw out one of our trash. Small issue tho. The other days are great!

The location is fantastic, very close walking distance to Southern Cross station. Direct access to trams outside the front door up La Trobe Street to get around the CBD. Great views of the city from the 13th floor. Sheer curtain and additional thick curtain are appreciated for chosen level of light wanted at different times. Extremely new and clean rooms. Tall mirror for full view of outfit is helpful and also has a nice soft lighting around its edge which is pleasant. During the night there is a flashing light for the fire detection on the roof towards the door which is a little distracting while trying to rest and dark light is needed. Soft chairs near table below TV are comfortable to sit in when getting ready. Very clean and tidy tea and coffee station with neat drawers inside and close access to bathroom beside for refilling kettle. Appliances are in good condition and order. Carpet is very soft. Convenient power points and charging outlet near beds. Breakfast is good value and well stocked. Staff are polite and efficient. Restaurant has nice choices of places to sit and good views outside. Extremely small space between the wall and the bed closest to the door, can barely fit past it at all so have to get onto the bed from the other sides. The shower had a strong smell of cleaning product for the first shower, needs a rinse with plain water to dissipate it. There are two toilet roll holders beside the toilet, which is unnecessary since you can replace with toilet paper in cupboard if needed. Both have a roll on them, and one easily keeps getting knocked off, found an old roll from previous booking on the floor underneath the sink vanity. Breakfast coffee is from machine and not nice. Stick to getting one of Melbourne's famous coffees in the CBD.
