Location, shower No había indicaciones de donde estacionar el auto, la cama era muy incómoda, olía a curry, la alfombra del piso estaba pegajosa, y muy ruidoso

Great location, spacious

The location was good, very close to Southern Cross Station and it was very quiet, given there were trams and traffic below. The hotel is quite old so the carpet and benchtops need replacing. The light didn't work in our bathroom but it was promptly fixed and we had a problem with the cooktop but that was also fixed.

The location is okay and the gentlemen on desk Sunday was pleasant. It was not 4 bedrooms two rooms not private and one room no door. Also had cockroaches in bottom room and several insects. One sheet was dirty

Location Outdated, not enough dishes, had to ask to clean the room , pictures do not mech the advertising

Huge room over 2 levels with balcony. Great views. Helpful staff and easy car parking on site. Working lifts. Perfect location close to public transport. Building is older style but room comfortable and good value for the price. Bathrooms could use an update and could be a problem for longer stays. I would recommend bringing thongs for the shower.

The location is good with parking in the building but we couldn’t get enough information for the parking so we miss the first turn to park and took us a long time to come back to the location. The apartment is not really clean and no instructions of using some of the kitchen facilities. Not enough dishes and glasses.

location was great, rooms were clean, beds were comfy , just a little dated but in line with price all pretty good...just a little old

Close to Southern Cross station and Coles Supermarket. On good team route on Spencer & LaTrobe Sts. Beds were comfy,. Had 2 lifts. Aircon worked well to cool down room even on 45° Melbourne Day. Not as described, room wasn't disability friendly at all, climb over toilet to shut the door which didn't lock, climb into bath to shower. Microwave & crockery cupboards too high even for me at 5ft 6in. Full kitchen - one saucepan, one frying pan, no info on how to work oven or hotplates, Google for manual then only grill worked, hotplates not at all. Definitely needs a makeover in bathroom and toilet maybe a sliding door for toilet would be better but still wouldn't be disability friendly. Needs repainting. As a larger person I could not reach to use coin operated washing machine jamed in tiny laundry room. Torn carpet in lots of places. I stayed many years ago when it was Harbour View Apartments it was beautiful. Now under the Arrow umbrella leaves a lot to be desired. I need to contact after hours for assistance, phone rang out 3 times then finally answered on fourth attempt by sister hotel in Melb who could not help just told to ring back in hour or visit from desk when it opened in an hr 10am and hung up on me. Person extremely hard to understand.

Great location We stayed for 2 nights and found 6 cockroaches in the room and 1 at reception. Pretty disgusting. Check in was very weird with the receptionist walking around like he had no clue of what he had to do. I would not recommend that hotel.

Everything about the room except use to having television in the re bedroom to watch

Comfy bed and good shower pressure.Close to Marvel The place absolutely reeked from the foyer to the room and in between. My clothes now stink. It was all a shade of covered in grease, the room did not look like the pictures. The bed configuration was not what we intended. Two single beds in one room and double in the other. The carpet was gross, the coffee table was gross and stained. The pleather couches were cracked and uncomfy. The toilet paper was possibly 0.25 ply, so thin it was almost non-existent. One towel was mouldy. It was extremely loud, almost 0 road noise blocking. The coffee and tea selection was not great. Was about as good as a slightly up market motel. If we spent more time in the room, I would be even more disappointed.

The location was good and the reception staff is very accommodating The bed was hard, moving when I move and I can hear the pigeon's sound in the window; the more I was not able to sleep. Very uncomfortable.
