Great room, comfy bed. I had a room with a connecting door to the room next door. Ppl there were talking very loudly after midnight. I couldn't sleep

We loved the pool and the location. Our room was so wonderfully clean and the breakfast in the morning was fantastic! Not much really. The room was a little on the smaller side but that’s really it.

Facilities - There is a restaurant/bar, a heated indoor pool, and a well-equipped gym. The front desk provides complimentary water. However, take note that the toiletries are fixed in place, and the design of the soap bottles can make them somewhat annoying to use. Cleanliness - The room, toilet and towels were very clean. Lift lobbies and corridors were well-maintained and well-lit. No major issues. Location - Southern Cross Station is accessible by foot within 10 min, and multiple tram routes take you straight to the CBD. There is a supermarket 4 min away, and a few dining options nearby that open late into the night. Breakfast - Staff at the breakfast service were friendly and courteous. Although the variety was acceptable, the dishes did not change much. Could get boring for longer stays. Staff - Hotel receptionists were polite and helpful. The check-in and check-out processes were relatively fast. Unfortunately, we spent an hour making repeated calls to the front desk to resolve a problem in our toilet, despite being assured that staff would arrive promptly. Comfort - Room is exceptionally spacious. The pillows were too flat. Soundproofing is good within the building, but you can hear the occasional car passing by at night. Value - Priced above similar hotels around it, but the experience was not significantly better.

Staff were amazing and wrote a beautiful birthday card for my daughter turning 30, along with generously giving her a Doresett Teddy. The beds were a bit hard and lumpy. Parking the car out the front to unload for parking service was not clear as the signs all say no parking

The breakfast was bad. The selections were very sad. First hotel with no toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The location is good. Close to a lot of good restaurants The bar is good. Attentive staff. It would be nice to have a robe and slippers for the guest.

Location was fantastic. Facilities and room were amazing. Beautiful aesthetic. For how lovely the stay was the ammenities were a little lacking. No water supplied in rooms for example.
