Pullman Melbourne Albert Park

Staff were great, they all had a positive attitude Possibly have the option of 2 double beds in a twin share. Both of us are over 6 foot and found the beds to small. My Colleague was on crutches so the bed size impacted his sleep.

Room was spacious and the bed with the pillows were very comfortable AC was cold and no heater

clean roomy room ,secure Was expecting to eat in the restaurant was told on check in that we had the choice of two, only to find out the Bar was the only option on the Sunday, I would have like to have been able to order a stake that even the most basic pub can do, frankly the bar menu was not great.

Have to pay for movies on the TV TV should have Netflix However, I was able to plug my laptop into the HDMI port and watch Netflix on that, so that was good

i was blessed with an upgrade the room so spacious view perfect the architecture internally is becoming just loved it

breakfast the noise all night from the lifts [ never get a room that backs onto the lifts], the lies they told of only dinner from your room which turned out to be not true,

Have stayed at the hotel before and will be coming back when ever in Melbourne, we had dinner in the restaurant on both nights the staff were absolutely beautiful and so was the food same for breakfast also the staff at reception were excellent helped us with the uber apt and so much more keep up the good work guys Nothing

Competitively priced for this location. Outdated and terrible interior design making everything inconvenient and ugly. Examples: huge room but a single bed; water faucets installed without space for putting hands.

Microwave in room would be handy

Semi quiet room Paid for valet parking but not good value. Had to locate keys from concierge, load bags and find the car

Not much Rudeness of your manager, service, quality of food was terrible, bed was uncomfortable, dressing gowns were wrinked looked like they had been crumpled in the corner

The customer service here is excellent. The staff are really kind and professional. The rooms and the building are SOOOOOO old. So old that the aircon is just a big knob that says "hot" on one side and "cold" on the other. There are no power points next to the beds either. Bathrooms were clean but sooooo old.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was great. Nil
