Great value for money, very affordable accommodation for a family of 4 that offered free breakfast and free carparking - very rare in Melbourne. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very easy to catch the tram into the CBD. Room was only average clean, needed a better vaccuum.

ROOM WAS GOOD SIZE AND VERY CLEAN - PARKING TIGHT BUT GOOD. WOULD LIKE TO STAY AGAIN AT THE VIEW, WELL SITUATED, SAFE AND THE STAFF WERE PLEASANT TO TALK TO. WAS DISAPOINTED IN RESTAURANT FOOD QUALITY FOR DINNER. BREAKFAST FOOD WAS GOOD QUALITY, BUT WAS DELIVERED FROM THE KITCHEN TO THE SERVERY LOOK WARM, NEEDS TO BE MUCH WARMER.

Room was very good, hotel had good facilities and close to public transport. Hotel is a little distance from hops and the like but, but public transport is juts outside the door.

Fabulous hotel stay, welcoming staff, newly renovated, spacious and spotlessly clean room, excellent location just out of the CBD with easy access to public transport at your door. Highly recommend, and will certainly return. Very impressed with all aspects of the hotel, nothing to fault.

We loved everything about this hotel! Great location, great view from our room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing (we love a nice strong shower!!) Convenient location for where we needed to go that night with a tram trip only 12 minutes away from either the city or St Kilda area. Highly recommend staying here.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times and I always find it to be clean and comfortable. I like the layout of the rooms, there’s heaps of storage and the bathrooms are nice. Love love the 11 am checkout. They only had one lift working so you had to factor in 10 mins every time you wanted to go downstairs but that’s only temporary so I’m sure it’s not an issue normally. It would be great if breakfast went a little bit longer. Especially on a weekend..10:30 would be good.
