The Hotel is an iconic Collins Street destination, the room as comfy and the view incredible across the Melbourne city and beyond. The Brekky was delicious with plenty of options and again with a great view of Melbourne. The shower being inside the bath tub.

We got an early check-in & upgrade after a long flight. Very appreciative! Nothing to unlike.

Staff very accommodating and friendly

Beautiful view

Location was good for our needs. Main item i thought was ordinary for a 5 star Hotel was a shower over a bath! Hotel is looking tired. Old style, needs a refurb everywhere.
-
Centrally located with wonderful city views. Easy access to all the city’s main attractions.

Great view from our room on the 48th Floor! Super comfortable beds and pillows. Loved the traditional offer of a turn down service each evening and even if not required, offered herbal teas or a mini linen spray. Didn't make use of the restaurant for breakfast or any other meals so can't comment on that. Staff always super helpful and the location was perfect - close to the wonderful parks and the river for walks and also 5 mins from the city. A couple of days returned to our room late afternoon and room had not been serviced but once prompted came no problem

Room was clean and the view was amazing.

Location Room noise, function seemed close, lift to our floor wouldn’t work properly for whole stay, long delays for 6 lifts, price expensive for quality of rooms

Location, service and staff were amazing. They were happy to help and provide extra requests. Breakfast at No35 was delicious and again the staff were ver helpful - lots of offers for extra coffee and cleared tables promptly. The selection was varied and catered for all dietary requirements. No pool in the complex but the gym was well equipped. Bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked - it was a little too hard.

Bottled water or chilled complimentary water in our room would have been great there wasn't even a bottle in the fridge that I could purchase, I literally filled the glass straight from the bathroom tap which wasn't ideal. I think check in time at 3.00pm is a little late, it should be 1pm or so.

Bed could of been better and a proper shower not a bath shower

The room was very clean & comfortable. The view was amazing & the staff were very friendly & welcoming. The location was very convenient to the theatre l attended. Looking forward to staying there again. The only issue l had was getting the temperature correct with the shower, would suggest they change it to a controlled temperature shower

Location was excellent, views were amazing, room was gorgeous and felt so luxurious. Some staff were astonishingly rude but others were warm and lovely.

Complimentary bottle of drinking water was not provided in the room when we first checked in, but was resolved the next day with room cleaning service. Some electrical sockets do not work properly (had power for some time before cutting off for some unknown reason). Switch buttons felt outdated and hard to press.

Location, good sized rooms, bed was comfortable, staff were wonderful. I thought it had a pool which it doesn't but we were fortunate enough to be able to use the pool at the Novotel 700m down the road. It was odd though as concierge said we needed to take our own towels, which we did.... but the pool has towels to use. It was a lovely stay but probably wouldn't stay again for no other reason that we prefer something a little more modern or with a point of difference. The light panel next to the bed did not go off so sleeping in darkness was not an option.

Modern 5 star hotel, walking distance to many Melbourne landmarks, iconic spots, entertainment and fine dining. There was honestly nothing to fault.
