Location, excellent staff, except the breakfast staff . No restaurant in motel for dinner , yes the pub is there but not the best seating for a sit down meal. Breakfast should have been a smorgasbord so you can choose a small fruit plate and cereal bowl, not one or the other for the price you pay.

The hotel location and facilities were great. Staff were very attentive an accomdating. The pillows were not great, but ok. a choice of firm, medium or soft would have been perfect.

Dialled 9 and housekeeping several times and got no answer even after 5 minutes. Called the hotel from my phone, given three choices or "hold for staff" or similar. Then call ended 3 times. Very unhappy!!!! Had to go to reception to get response to my queries.

The hotel is a grand old lady, a little faded at the edges, not staffed as well is it might be but an interesting experience, nonetheless. The staff at the function I performed at were brilliant and deserve to be commended. The high tea was very enjoyable. Towels are a little bit threadbare, water pressure on the fourth floor leaves much to be desired. Internet is almost negligible

As always, spacious & comfortable. Apartment had a walk in shower. Unfortuneately, it had a hand held shower plus an overhead shower, with two controls which could both turn and go in/out. Needed an engineering degree to work out how to have a shower. Suggest Windsor hotel staff should try this room.

Location was great, staff were lovely and helpful and breakfast was delicious. No dining in facility of an evening. There was only pub grub in the bar or room service. I stocked up at the local 711.
