Perfect location, beds comfy and room kept clean. Couldn't hear any noise from outside on a Sat night. Bathroom was clean. Easy to check in, no problems. No stopping anyone coming into the building late at night and accessing the elevator/floors. A card was required to get into room but that felt a bit unsafe these days.

I enjoyed the location and overall vibe of the hotel but it does need a bit of a refresher, which obviously would cost a lot so I can understand why they're lacking in that respect I wasn't the biggest fan of how dated the tv was, I also think the shower could have a door so that the water doesn't flow out into the floor, and the shampoo and conditioner needs to be cleaned better

Conveniently located, only a few blocks from Melbourne Central or Flinders station. Most amenities are within walking distance, if you like shopping, book this place. The room and bed are clean and comfortable. Book the studio, you'll get a desk and furnished kitchen. The reception team are helpful and efficient. Their room rates are very reasonable for Melbourne city, highly recommended. Nothing.

I was able to change to a slightly cleaner room. The chair fabric was filthy as was the blind in my first room. The blind control in the second room didn't work. The kitchen sinks did not have plugs only drainers, which made it very difficult to wash crockery etc. The staff didn't help me more my stuff to the second room. No mugs were provided, only cups.

No bidet.can not clean.after go to toilet. Shower must use stelling.water can fly every where.not so good.

Very centrally located, clean and comfortable but oldish . Still happy with our stay. A bit outdated.

Marvellous location near Hardware Lane and multiple free trams. The rooms are a good size, if a little worn, the beds are very nice and the shower is good. Noise from the street at night, but that's not the hotel's fault.

too noisy, every sounds from the street below echoed into your room, and the room did not keep warm or cold no matter if you had the Heat/Air Con on.

The location gives easy access to trams or walking to all areas of Melbourne. The small kitchen is great for breakfast and other meals to save.

Excellent location, clean, really helpful staff Surrounding area is awesome but can get noisy - a problem solved with earplugs for sleeping

Location. Close to all tourist shopping needs and restaurants. Old property but clean and well kept.

Fantastic location. Perfect place if you just need a shower and bed. Simple but clean and secure. Reasonably quiet.
