Super comfortable and clean rooms, loved the style. As close as you would want to be to the cbd. In house restaurant was also amazing, including breakfast was worth it Gym seemed like a last thought.

Breakfast was amazing, staff were very friendly and beds were comfy. There was some black mold on the bottom of the shower tiles, and there were marks not cleaned behind the sink. I wiped the black mold off quite easily making me think no one has tried to clean it properly.

I loved the decor, the location was great. The facilities were also first class . Breakfast was also great. The hot water took along time to come on in the shower. I would have liked a shower cap to be available.

Location is great for exploring CBD area. Breakfast is average Lady at check in counter came off as unfriendly. Need to go to water station at level 6 to get water as there is none provided to room

Property is very clean and rooms are beautiful Having to call for ammenities to be delivered, feels like a high end hotel but not having ammenities and simple things like robes not in your room is odd. Mix up with breakfast was really uncomfortable we pre booked it twice cos it got missed the first time to attending breakfast and been told you haven’t pre booked and have to pay full price . Also had to alert staff because ham had gone off at buffet, put me right off breakfast after that bite

Staff are wonderful, room is perfect. Very up to date with technology. Very comfortable, wonderful view from 26th floor. Loved the coffee machine in room even had enough milk. Buffet breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Not enough sugar packets in room. A little better instruction on lifts would be helpful.
