The friendly and prompt service team. The shared facilities at the foyer, art class, laundry, kitchen and cool room were very good. The bathrooms are the best I've ever used at hostels....!! When it was too warm one evening in Winter, they turned the aircon down marginally. Exceptional - thanks It was the grouse. Cheers

I love the lunch room Nothing everything was really good

The location is good, especially if Chinatown is your thing, the food options local to here were really good. The staff were efficient and friendly. It's a cheap hostel. The downside of that is that there's going to be a lot of younger people there who make a lot of noise. It wasn't too bad, but some of the kids were annoying. They thought they were super cool and clever, but they were just entitled brats.

Location and infrastructure Noisy environment, kitchen n refrigerator system is messy, Washrooms are far on another floor from Dormitory, daily cleaning of beds is not there, rooms are smelling.

Staff are friendly and nice It is messy, especially kitchen. I met some roommates chatting in the midnight, and ppl loudly sang and talked in the late night.

Location and environment Wi-fi down Washrooms quite far but cleaned always Rush in kitchen

Friendly reception staff Dirty kitchen and bathrooms. People vaping in the kitchen area. Very noisy at night - I had a room in the ground floor where the lounge and kitchen is near and could hear people past midnight up to 1/2am with earplugs in so my sleep was disrupted. Positive was the reception staff being friendly however, otherwise a disappointing stay.

Great, the staff were welcoming, and the toilets were well cleaned Some guests were smoking weeds in front of the front door at night, I think the staff could say something to them to stop it… I do hate the smell of weeds, (idk if it is legal in Australia..)

Easy access to Melbourne Central, bus stops, trams, and stations. Check-in was easy as well. Close to supermarkets and room was decent size with blinds for a bit of privacy between beds. There is a rooftop and the kitchen was functioning. There is also a place to socialise and chat. Room doesn't really have good ventilation and it's an all gender shower (though each shower have a lock and it does have a small area to change within that small locked area), but the toilet is separated gender which is alright.
