Nothing really at all the only good thing it is close to the tram and bed were surprisingly clean that's was it. The room smelled so bad I had to spray so much deodorant to over power the smell from the carpet and there were still other people's bags still in the room and undies in the top of the cardboard wtf. And water came up from the drain in the shower after I showed. junkies yelling all night long banging and smashing things didn't feel safe at all I would not recommend it to anyone.

First room stunk of cigarette smoke. The guy couldn't smell it but I realised next day when I checked out 2 days early that I think he might be a heavy smoker himself and so wouldn't have known. There was a domestic in a room couple doors down with Police involved. The next room smelled a little of cigarette smoke but the issue there was the curtain didn't close properly so anyone walking past would be able to see me in bed. There was noise for half the night. There were dodgy characters outside in the courtyard watching me and when I walked out first thing to a new place a comment from one of the dodgy characters left me feeling like these dodgy characters were keeping tabs on everyone coming and going. Not recommended. I rarely give reviews, unless exceptionally good or exceptionally bad. But in this case I recommend staying well away from this location until the dodgy characters are cleared out and the quality of the rooms, ie the smoke smell, is sorted.

WE liked nothing. because it was awful !! It was a place for drug addicts and ex cons , unsafe and dirty ! ! I was angry to think if a young female or male booked there because it was close to a venue they were attending ...they could be put in danger ! GET IT OFF YOUR SITE !!!! for safety sake ....

The room was comfortable and clean. There were derelict cars in the parking lot and the outside appearance of the property was scruffy - a bad first impression. Someone was having an argument for half that night but I guess I can't really blame the facility for that.

Bathroom windows wouldn't close making it a very chilly night.

You use me at a professional level to sort out your custody issues: to clean up your risk management procedures. You like smooth and quiet, so do I. I don't find the intrusion 'smooth and quiet that is why I asked for a reduction in cost of a room, it's called sharing costs and it helps me as a richly established Australian trader who is stolen from: this happens to me all the time. I changed all the globes in my rental premises Yass way because they were fire hazards, then during a legitimate lease I was told to get out. Pick up your own condoms, dirty towels and needle sticks
