Only one shower door air barley workin stuff over charge my card and still haven’t got the manager got upset because i told him it sims

The security Website said breakfast was provided but it wasn’t. Bed side lights were not working, dirty carpets in our room, laundry out of order, pool closed and big spiders in our bathroom.

Staff was amazing room was clean just no amenities as far as breakfast laundry pool room did flood from the air conditioning and wet my belongings but they did give us a different room

Staff was nice They charged me along side your website for the room, has taken weeks to fix

it was merely convenient along my route The toilet was Nasty and had multiple amounts t of urine in it. One towel for two people. TV didn’t work

Excellent mattress on the bed. Very comfortable to sleep on.

False advertising fire starts the pool was out of service but still had to pay full price rooms was dirty both of them came down the next morning to talk to the manager who swore he was in a meeting in a Sunday off all days walked out the front door to leave got tired of waiting for 2 1/2 hours and walked pass his office window he was just sitting at his desk leaned back in the chair having no meeting

The parking was not desireable and not enough parking.

I like the staff and the fact that they were very friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t a overcharge fee or anything for something stupid I love this hotel. I really don’t have any negative reviews

The front desk help Thomas is not so attentive and don't pay attention and room was not is what I reserved.
