When we arrived at Hilton Memphis, we were told they were overbooked and did not have a room available for us, even after accepting our payment. Nor were we notified before arrival this was an issue. We were sent across the street to a Marriott property, who did not provide the amenities we paid for at the Hilton. No refunds offered, no transportation provided to new location, no breakfast included at the marriott that we paid for at the Hilton. Very disappointing.

I liked the hotel and the staff was lovely. It was really convenient to all that I was doing as this was a business trip. My only comment is that it is a bit of an older hotel and there were some "cracks" in the track of the curtains in the room. It wasn't a big deal, but I couldn't help but notice. The room itself was clean and nice, and I will stay there again.

The location was great! Lots of shopping and restaurants within minutes away. Nice pool, lots of parking. The front desk person (Trinice) was very friendly and helpful. She answered all the questions and concerns me and my family had about the property. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

It was a nice, clean hotel. The staff were friendly especially Ms Pat at breakfast was so welcoming & kind. The area of hotel felt safe.
