Love you his location. Quick and easy access to Beale street.

The place was clean; the staff were great and friendly, and the location was good with-in a walking distance to Beale Street. The parking lot was a bit confusing for those coming in and out because the entrance was in an awkward position (where new guest parked their vehicle (to check-into the hotel), vs those needing to leave; this created a congestion for those trying to get to the parking lot (because of the one-way in, the exit was gated). The room was alright, clean and it looks like it has gone through an update. I would like to have more towel rack or hooks to hang up those wet towels or clothes. I would suggest that the shower curtain could be longer to control water from showering to run down into the floor. And my biggest disappointment is the street noise, it was loud, I was not able to sleep, too many late-night drivers cruising down the streets. The breakfast nook was okay, it was fresh but the layout is not as well situated with toaster ovens and breads/english muffin pretty congested. The coffee/hot water area was tough for those just needing hot water for tea vs those getting coffee.

Key Card wouldn't work after 2nd night, front desk staff was AMAZING, tried to help however they couldn't get me in the door. Manager didn't answer the phone, locksmith couldn't open the door without authorization, had to call the police, then the Fire Department had to come out, call the Owner of the Hotel to come out and open the door or forced entry would have had to be made. I literally had to sit in the lobby for 5 hours just to get in my room for medical equipment and sleep. No refund was offered, no policy or procedure to get me into the room, if it had been an emergency

Good breakfast. Parking availability and close to the amenities.

Overall, well-located (minutes from Sun Studios and Edge Museum on foot) and nice for the money.

Only a couple blocks from the Peabody Staff very friendly Hotel is well maintained and rooms were serviced every day

Hotel was 10 minutes walking from Beal street with clean room and ample parking spaces. I only disliked the smell of the elevator; otherwise everything was great. Would stay there again when in Memphis

Hotel has every thing you need away from home. Rooms are very spacious ,comfortable bed inside pool with handicap lift, gym, free parking and breakfast Waking distance to almost all attraction. Excellent, excellent Excellent

Clean rooms. Lobby furnishings trendy but worn. More healthy and low sugar/ no gluten options for breakfast would be appreciated.

Nice, clean, the staff were helpful. A little bit aging, but nice rooms.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good with lots of food choices. We went to a Memphis Redbirds game and the hotel was located just a couple of blocks from the stadium which was a big plus for us.
