Nothing We had reservations through booking.com but when we walked in we were greeted by a very rude girl who plainly said we are fully booked, I said but we have a reservation and I have all my info right here in my phone. She said I dont care what you have you don't have a room. So another young lady came and said we do not have any rooms available I'm going to take you to this other property. She walked us over and the man behind the desk was also rude and treated us like we were completely bothering him, he kept sighing loudly. The hotel stunk when you walked in, he gave us a pet friendly room which we did not have an animal with us and it smelled like cat urine. It was the worst experience we've ever had. This is also the 2nd bad experience we've had with booking.com within 3 months, we've been going through them for the past 6 yrs or so. This is the last time we will use booking.com we will be switching. Even when I've called the direct number they aren't helpful either, they basically lied to me the last time we had an issue in march.

With all due respect, it was worthless. I booked the room eight months ago, only to arrive after a long drive and find that no room was available.

Super clean new facility with free breakfast!

The coffee maker wasn't working.

Everyone was nice, but there was no room available for us at the La Quinta and they sent us next-door to the candlelight to get our room. That room was a king suite and very nice.

We were turfed to another hotel once again, this time with no notice. No email or anything.

The Receptionist, when we arrived, said we were fully booked and could not find us on her system. We were advised to go to another hotel. We eventually ended up at the Holiday Inn Express on Elvis Presley Blvd which cost us a further $520 USD. We would respectfully request re-imbursement of the costs to La Quinta which was discussed with management of the La Quinta. We were to approach Booking.com for the re-imbursement. Regards Ken & Robyn Candlin. (We are Hosts of B&B Home in the Country, in Australia)

We had to switch to Candlewood Suites right next to La Quinta Inn thanks to the National Guard booking that hotel for at least a year. That means there was no breakfast. The shower curtain was frayed at the top and tearing. It was very old and needed to be replaced. The water pressure was terrible. The bathtub didn't drain very well and had water stains all over the bottom of it. I found a black hair from one of the housekeepers on a towel or sheet or something. And there wasn't enough plugins to accommodate 3 CPAPs, so we literally had to drag my bad towards the opposite side of the room to use another plug in. I called and asked the front desk about an extension cord or surge protector. They never got back to me. The fridge made a weird noise. Overall an outdated and pretty crappy place.

Great room great hotel

They rudely moved us to the hotel next door without talking to us about it. Then gave the other hotel incorrect information about our room needs. The hotel next door was wonderful and met our requirements kindly and professionally.

Property was modern and clean. The breakfast was not very good. They had premade food in styrofoam containers which were piled in a large cardboard box. Food was cold and not very appealing. Other items were still in boxes. You had to root around to find stuff. This was the only negative about the property.

I really liked staying here. Too bad I was sent to Candlewood next door.

Very clean, secure location, felt safe. Breakfast stated until 9 AM. Server started removing food at 8:50.

Close to the interstate. I liked everything.
