Everything! The hotel was clean and comfortable. It was perfectly located at the town square, with beautiful views of the water and just a few minutes walk from the ferry dock. The rooftop with pool and sauna was the cherry on top! Great stay!

Great location and spacious bedroom and bathroom. Loved our room on the third floor next to the sauna and pool. It was perfect

The only really good thing I could say is its location and the exceptional service from Joseph. Instead of a hotel, I would call it a bar/restaurant with rooms. There is no lobby and the reception is a 3’ x 3’ area. The parking, at 20. EUs a day, is a distance away and you need to schlep your luggage through the alleys to get to the “hotel”. There was no shampoo in the shower. The bedding was just a light comforter with a duvet. no flat sheet, that was too short for the bed. The only trash can was in the bathroom.

The location is great The building is very noisy. You can hear your neighbours all the time.

Beautiful hotel! Our view was stunning and the room was more luxurious than we anticipated. It's in the heart of Menaggio but it's still very quiet and doesn't feel too touristy. The third floor has an infinity pool with an incredible view of the sunrise. Breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and the room was clean.

You could not beat the location. The room could benefit from being updated, and the hair dryer on the wall felt like it was from 1968.

It would have been nice to have breakfast included in the room.

The location of the hotel was centrally located and right on Lake Como. My balcony had a great view! The room was clean and very spacious. This is hands down the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. The bottom floor was a restaurant that started prepping at 7 am. The door leading from the restaurant to the main area slammed closed every time it was used and shook the entire hotel. This happened, starting at 7 am, every few minutes making sleep impossible.

We were hoping for a breakfast buffet but everything was a la card. That’s ok. Parking was off site and yet they charged per day. That was not known at the time I booked the place.

Great property and great staff. The location is really nice, close to everything. I loved the balcony also.

The location was excellent and we loved our room with a view of the lake. We also enjoyed the bar downstairs to enjoy a cocktail or coffee in the morning. Was perfect. We loved everything. Would recommend and stay again.
