Nothing. It was disgusting, dirty. Smelly room. Badly in need of renovation. And stripping out to decorate. The floor and ceiling were filthy. The bathroom falling apart, and badly stained It was disgusting, dirty. Smelly room. Badly in need of renovation. And stripping out to decorate. The floor and ceiling were filthy. The bathroom falling apart, and badly stained. This was the best luxury suit apparently

Low price, and a fair bit or parking. Location is ok for Snowdon which is my main reason for booking this hotel. Very dated through out the hotel. Breakfast was ok but expensive, with no childs price.

Nothing Hi, I am after a refund for my stay that was meant to be last night. Within the room we found .mould up the curtains . Mould alongside all the window frames, .A lot of tiny red spiders alongside the window frame .Wee around the rim of the toilet, .Dirty, mould shower, .Wet carpet in the bedroom, .Damp patches on the ceiling, .Bed smelt musty .Bedroom itself smelt musty and of wet dog, .Door frames dirty .Key card didn't work when trying to get into the room for the second time. .Kettle was dirty, .Mould in corners of the room. Alongside this the appearance of the overall hotel was dirty. .Handrails not white but thick of black dirt, . Ripped/unmatched dirty carpets, .Mould in the disabled/baby changing toilets. .All doors leading to rooms were dirty, .Overall smell of the hotel was mould/musky/wet dog Upon my complaint to the manager, he showed us the Elsa and the room opposite to which to his surprise the beds weren't made and the extra pillows were left on the window ledge. These rooms were also unlocked which states security isn't as it should be. Absolutely disgusting, we seriously couldn't stop there. The receptionist said to email for a refund and was deeply apologetic. He stated they had recently been taken over and a new cleaning team had just joined. This isn't good enough. As someone who owns their cleaning company, I'm absolutely appalled at how the rooms could have been sold to stop in. Health and safety guidelines are definitely not in place and visitor's health and safety is definitely not a priority in this hotel. So for our own health we had to leave. I believe another couple checking in at the same time also left the same time as us and when talking to them they also agreed and had booked a premier inn somewhere else. Unfortunately we couldn't find anywhere to stay, so after travelling for 3 hours to the hotel, we sent another 3 hours back.

Very serene environment. The staff were quite friendly and nice. The bed wasn’t really great to sleep on. Very creaky! For the price, I expected better.

No proper bathroom facilities no hot water, very disappointed stay.

Friendly Staff in bar and for breakfast. Well located if not best entrance. Hotel looks very pleasant on the outside and has good and numerous outside seating. Bar area and what look like function rooms looked very presentable. Breakfast was extra at £12 and well cooked but did not come with items pre-ordered which they insisted we did. Bar and breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Receptionist was confusing, but had limited English. The hotel is very tired and not particularly clean. What was probably a lovely hotel as been 'let go'. Bed linen and bathroom were clean but decoration of room very poor, with multiple repairs to ceiling and a general scruffiness of rooms and connecting corridors. Doors fit where they touched. Television tiny and kept loosing signal, so was unwatchable.

Location great. Breakfast awful. We paid 12 pounds each Broken set of drawers. Not usable.iron mark on carpet. Bathroom clean but badly marked ceiling. Broken lock on door. All round too dark and uninviting. Generally needed sprucing up.

Tatty and un-clean Stairs. Millions of them. Lack of cleanliness. The place looked very very tired

The hotel is situated on the most beautiful of areas, just a short stroll from the hotel, is the magic vista of the Menai Staits. Its a perfect base for exploring Anglesea and North Wales. Rooms are tired and run down.

The location was very good. But that's about it We waited quite a while for aomeoneto notice us. The rooms were hot, musty, and one could not open a window. The walls had wholes and water damage. It was loud from downstairs even though the bar/restaurant was empty. I would avoid this place...
