Loved location. You were 2 minutes from bus stop 210 which takes you to Merano's center. No negatives. The person who checked me in, Ishu, told me the bus stop was 5 minutes away, but I found a closer one.

Twin room was large but plain, it's a budget hotel. Nice balcony. Bathroom was quite large but plumbing could have been better. Locals cafe and bar at all times of day and inexpensive Chinese food. Good value for money in Merano, I'd stay here again.

The place is run down, the broken boiler was not somebody's fault I guess, but shows the poor repair of the whole hotel. The only appliance against the summer heat was a shabby old fan for a couple of euros, which was falling appart and noisy.

Very old and worn room equipment. Hotel needs renovation. Basic breakfast.

The Chinese food The location was very noisy with loud street noise and the bar was noisy below the room. The place is tired but clean and in need of some serious investment but in fairness, you get what you pay for.

Hotel was fine. Run by Chinese family, so Chinese influence. Also worth noting, restaurant only provides Chinese food, although it was lovely. Room ok, nothing special but clean.

The hotel is good, there is an Asian restaurant in the ground floor which is fair in prices, the room was cleaned every day The location is a bit far from the city center but I walked the distance, some good 20 minutes. The room is a bit dark

Lots of locals came for coffee each morning. Everyone helped me communicate with the owner about hiring a taxi. I love that Not fancy. Slept well. Quiet and great breakfast. Wish they didn’t lock the front t door as I couldn’t get out for an early morning run before 7am. Also a bit scary to be locked in with no key to get out

For a simple hotel the beds were comfy and the room a decent size Everything was old and worn - which was to be expected - but there was mould on the ceiling of the shower which is not acceptable.

Quiet location, nice view from the balcony Rooms and whole hotel structure need renovation, wifi was not working well, breakfast was poor quality
