Hotel Isabella

Friendly staff/management and convenient location. Too many smokers using the terrace which also affected sitting on our balcony.

Location was good. Clean. Very dated and felt like a residential home. Interaction with staff ranged from pleasant to borderline rude. Breakfast was extremely lacking in variety. Overall ok but not worth the price.

Clean and comfortable facilities.great location in a quiet neighborhood with a short walk to downtown Therme and bus stop. Very friendly and helpful staff . Enjoyed the breakfast and free parking space.

Superb

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good (the carrot cake was the best I have ever eaten). The location is perfect and we always had a parking place in the courtyard. We had a dog with us and we could not take him to the restaurant for breakfast. BUT: the owner was helpful and offered the side room (Stube) to have breakfast together. There is no minibar in the standard room. It was raining on the llast day and the water running down from the roof in the spout was very loud during the night.

Room, facilities, checkin ease - all great.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is great, tasty and there are nice selection of savory and sweet breakfast foods. We are very satisfied with this property and definitly come again when in Meran.

Very spacious hotel room(!), very kind and helpful staff, decent breakfast although not super elaborate (but by all means sufficient).

Parking was limited to begin with. A tour bus rolled in and occupied one third of the spaces. The owner did show me another space which was difficult to get in to and quite challenging to get out of (backing out blindly into traffic). But all in all it worked.

Pleasant

The reviews of the hotel are waaay better than the hotel actually is.. It is super average. Everything in the room is quite old, but functioning. When we came - the concierge was loudly watching TV in lobby :/ We didn't pay attention that there is no air conditioner so were almost dying of heat during the night (but it is our fault, of course). Breakfast was ok, cleanliness was ok. It is an ok hotel, for the price of amazing 4-star option.

Hotel Isabella is all that we had hoped for on our first visit to Meran. Caroline and Wally made us feel at home. They were very accommodating and made our stay there very pleasant. The room we had was excellent and the hotel location was perfect - just a 10 minute walk to the center of Meran. Parking was in front of the hotel which was very convenient. We very much appreciated the hospitality they provided.

Exceptional

it was a beautiful space & the staff were lovely & helpful! We were too hot. With only duvets & no air conditioning or fans, sleeping was a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing experience in this familly running hotel . Great location, tastefull breakfeast, very helpful and pleasant people. Room is enough spaced for a couple, enough equiped for few days stay. Parking is possible, walking distance to the spa and centre of the city.
