Hotel Therme Meran - Terme Merano

Facilities, pools, and restaurant/bar areas were exceptional. Hotel digital app for ordering drinks/food while at one of the spa areas is amazing, they deliver the order in almost magical time! Directions on booking.com were not accurate, use the hotel website directions.

I loved the spa! Couldn't get enough. The Thai massage was incredible. I really can't say. I had no complaints at all

Amazing breakfast buffet, with a multitude of choices for every taste. The garden pool area is very quiet and relaxing. Palm lounge is very inviting, with lots of seating areas. Not much choice of snack or lunch items at the roof bar.

Great spa directly accessible from the hotel. Great breakfast. Great location with many walks (in the town, in parks, in nearby vicinity, cable to the top of a panorama path,...etc and all accesible by foot (no car needed). Plenty of nice local shops and restaurants and coffees. Nothing. We will certainly come back again in a year.

I liked everything, will stay here again! Food was soo good we ate too much!

With the exception of the woman who seemed to be in charge of seating guests at dinner the entire staff was WONDERFUL. Front desk, dining room staff, bistro staff, housekeeping and spa services were all exceptional. Facilities and rooms were equally impressive. The person who seemed to the overseer of the dining Tim on my 1st night. She was rude, dismissive and then made me stand there while she sat others.

World class services, in a beautiful setting, including multiple pools and spas and treatment rooms. There are many outstanding options for massages, therapeutic and beauty treatments. Food served from an open kitchen (half-board) was amazing. Some people might think the beds are too firm.

The pools are quite incredible. This hotel had practically no air conditioning. It was so hot at night and the pillows were absolutely terrible. We had a really hard time sleeping at this hotel and for the $400 price point this should never be an issue. I truly have paid a lot less and got a lot more.

We enjoyed a wonderful time at HTM . We loved the spa and pool area and booked several treatments . It was outstanding. The pool is wonderful and we spent quite some time every day. The breakfast and food was great and the entire staff made us feel warmly welcomed . Overall we spent wonderful days at the hotel . I don’t want to forget to mention - the hotel location is close to all city attractions as well . It was a wonderful stay. Nothing

Clean, exceptional service and relaxing environment.

Everything there from the moment you walk in through the door until the time you leave is first class, top shelf. I had half board and the dinner is excellent with endless choices. The waitstaff are wonderful, especially Giuseppe! He made me feel at home. I am an older, woman traveling alone and he was very attentive to make sure I had what I needed. The “Robe Tunnel “ is fabulous. Great towels, great robes. I could go on and on. They only minus I can even think of is the low class choices of gin at the bar on the roof. The main bar is EXCELLENT. The roof bar, not so much.

Everything was great, the only thing we can complain about is the firmness of the bed, but that is personal preference. But everything else was really good, I'd definitely come again.

The food is also delicious. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen anywhere. Great fresh and high quality products (salmon, fruits, pancakes, cold cuts, tea fresh orange juice and much more). In the evening there is a nice lounge/bar with cozy ambiente before enjoying the dinner in a big room, which is setup in a way to still enjoy privacy despite many people. The 5 course dinner is a delight! We will be back for sure.

The hotel is located near the city center of Meran, everything is easily accessible from here. We arrived with a large car (Toyota Sienna), it was a bit difficult to find a place in the underground garage, but we managed. From the hotel, you can cross a closed corridor (free of charge) to the city spa center, but the hotel's own wellness area is also wonderful. We really enjoyed the rooftop outdoor pool. The service is first-rate, we recommend the half board to everyone. The staff is kind and helpful. -
