The room was sumptuous. All mod cons and lots of facilities to make tea and coffee. Lovely fluffy cosy pillows, beds and duvets and the dressing gowns provided were very luxurious. The receptionist was friendly and the breakfast was just perfect.

Everything- staff were so helpful and the room was lovely. Some great touches - local wine and nibbles to buy from the mini bar and a lovely balcony to enjoy them on Nothing not to like!

Nice hotel, nice rooms, clean and very, very friendly staff! Good location in the center of Merano. And, this hotel has AC! This is not common for hotels in Merano. No negative points.

Each room is individually designed. I stayed in "Iron," which had its own private balcony. Everything was super clean and modern. Nice touches like espresso machine with pods and hot water kettle with variety of teas. Expansive sack and drink selection in room. Very comfy beds. Large, well-lit bathroom. Responsive and friendly staff. They offer a city card that gives you free access to local busses/trams and some museum discounts. Great breakfast, too. Will definitely be staying here again. Nothing. Absolutely perfect.
