completly overpriced

The property is at an excellent location. We did not need our car for the duration of our stay because we could walk everywhere. The car park was only a 5-minute walk away. It is perfect with baggage. We had an aperetivo even before we checked in because we couldn’t just walk by the small bars on our way. Our unit was very modern, clean, and provided everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable.

A beautiful little room only a 5 minute walk to the Thermal Baths and less than 15 minute walk from the train station. Complimentary tea with a small pack of cookies were also provided. The instructions to enter the accommodations were very clear and easy to follow, and the owner was very helpful when I asked if it would be possible to leave our packs before check-in as we were arriving early. Be aware that it is on a busy tourist street that is quiet most of the night but businesses have to receive stock very early in the morning to avoid crowds and it may be loud. The windows were very good at muffling the noise when closed but if they are open, it may wake some people.

The price a little bit higher but it’s good

It was a warm and muggy night. Unfortunately there was no cooling in the apartment and with the windows open it was quite loud. If there was a fan it would keep it cool and provide some white noise.

The location was excellent, the room was spacious and everything seemed relatively new. We came in July, on a hot day. The cooling system has been built under the floor, and definitely was not able to cool efficently enough.

Location No AC but stated it had it. No AC vent in room. and too much deodorizer used

A great location in the heart of Merano. Comfortable room with all of the expected features. Easy to find the accommodation which is a 15 minute walk from the stazione. I had bought breakfast (not on site) but was unable to use it as I had to rush to catch a train. It was also a late breakfast start.

Great family business! Very friendly and helpful owner! Great breakfast around the corner in the families own cafe! Modern and greatly renovated apartment in the city center.

Great location, convenient to everything. Air conditioning through the floor was very effective. Window provided good insulation from street noise so very quiet at night

Location is excellent. Staff totally helpful and friendly. Rooms large, modern, airy, and comfortable. The entry from the street was under construction for some unrelated properties. Messy, dusty. Also, extremely loud construction noise from the street started at 4:30-5:00 in the morning and was unrelenting well past 8. Impossible to sleep. So bad that we started laughing just too keep from crying. I know it's not the fault of the B&B, but beware...

the location in Meran was perfect Bed very comfortable Enough space in the room Well isolated (calm) Clogged shower + the pouffe was dirty Closet a bit small + fridge inside not really useful It’s called bed and breakfast but yet .. breakfast not included ? For the price could be better .
