San Severino Park Hotel & SPA

Queen suite was good, enough space for kids sleeping in the living on sofa bed and proper bedroom for parents, spacious wardrobe and bathroom. All staff was nice and helpful, especially in the restaurant during ala carte lunch and dinner and pool bar. Hats in the pool, why? breakfast buffet was bad, Nescafe coffee in Italy is not acceptable. Also not fresh croissants every single day that I stayed. Tasteless scrambled eggs and NO fresh bread.

The breakfast was good for the price we paid but they did not have a toaster and the only eggs they had were scrambled

We chose this hotel for its pool and spa, neither disappointed us, both were exceptional. All public areas were spotless and well presented. The food was fantastic, presentation was beautiful and the staff were so kind and accommodating. We were very kindly upgraded on arrival to a junior suite which was a much appreciated treat and really made our stay more special and enjoyable.

We got a lovely room with jacuzzi and sauna which was a nice surprise. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is well-located if you want to discover the area and has a big car park if you're travelling there by car. We were satisfied with everything. We didn't use spa facilities or restaurant, so can't comment on those.

I had booked the queen suite and the deluxe double, both were very spacious and the bathrooms really big. Clean rooms , friendly and extremely helpful staff at the front desk and the location ideal for many daily trips. The breakfast and the food at the restaurant were very mediocre. Once again no one spoke English at the food , except for one waiter, which made the communication really difficult. The inside of the hotel could use a little redecoration, apart from the outdoor facilities everything else looked like a hospital, even the rooms.
