Food at the restaurant was very good Rooms are not soundproof at all. I could hear my neighbours snoring overnight and I had to sleep with earplugs to relax.

Stuff is really helpful and friendly, location is quite. Room was clean and cozy. Amazing view from floor 2. Enjoyed my short stay.

In breakfast area they uses plastic glasses, which is not environment friendly. Also the room walls are very thin, therefore we heard noise from another rooms and corridor.

THe Hotel was full of families with children. Normally that is not a problem to us personally except that we had a small child crying almost all night and we didn't get any sleep after a long day working and before we had to travel very far. We would have appreciated been told and would have preferred to have had a choice to book somewhere else as you cannot have a place where families with small children stop on holiday and other guests needing a restful night, which is was you pay for. The hotel policy and disregarding of this situation is not acceptable.

The location was peaceful, breakfast was also very good .Parking also good. The Mini Bar was not working, repaired after 2 days. The TV was a disaster. As in many cases the shower is too small .

Everything. I booked the hotel for a week as our group of 18 were in Italy to undertake a battlefield tour. The hotel staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn't do enough for us, even arranging for locations to be open for us to visit, when they would generally be closed. The staff were polite, friendly, helpful and just lovely people; and a big shout to Mimo, Serena, Anna, Naomi and others whose names escape me at present! The rooms were clean, well appointed and very, very comfortable with stunning views of the mountains. The restaurant staff were brilliant and the food was exceptionally good. Although the pool was closed for maintenance, the staff worked hard to get it ready for us to use. There was nothing to dislike! Everyone in our group of 18 loved staying there and some have said that they will be returning in the future!

Extremely comfy bed and very friendly staff. The food was excellent, fresh, well cooked and presented. Not much at all. The hotel is undergoing some work so the pool area is all ripped up and under reconstruction. Not sure when it will be complete but did look like it wouldn't be anytime soon.

The breakfast was below average at best. Canned fruits, no Italian bread, just whitesluced bread, almost empty. The waiter did hardly anything more than he had to. It was very lacking, very disappointed.

Lovely smart hotel with beautiful valley and Mountain View’s. Super pool and patios to relax. Adequate parking and gym and spa facilities. A lovely place. Breakfast not good poor offering and next to zero local produce which is a shame given the location. The bar could be better no atmosphere no southern Italian charm.

Great apartment, big and clean.2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room combined with a kitchen with a large sofa. We were 2 adults and 4 children, there was enough space for everyone. There was everything necessary for comfort and even more (Books, toys, spices, tea, coffee and a lot of ice, which was very pleasing). Pleasantly surprised by the compliment from the owner (wine and local traditional cookies). To Venice 25-30 minutes by car. Great place for parking. Attentive owner.

Pool was good with plenty of sun loungers. Sun all day long. Well maintained area. Very quiet and restful. Breakfast choices were very poor and limited and deteriorated as the week went on. Coffee was undrinkable. Cold milk only available on the request. Dinner menu very restricted. Not may choices. Lots of noise from local dogs which was very intrusive. Generally a noisy hotel as our room was located near the elevator. Beds very uncomfortable and room very small for two people. No food or drinks available to buy from the hotel during the day. Parking although free was very tight and called for some creative parking! Other option was street parking or overflow carpark which was some distance from the hotel.
