Tru by Hilton Meridian Boise West ID

When room was booked it was almost midnight and we didn't notice that it had changed the check in day to next day not that night arrived at hotel after midnight and was not allowed to check in because of mistake that we didn't notice was told by receptionist that we just had to call hotels.com and have them get ahold of property and refund would be issued after going through the process they denied the request for refund. WAY TO STICK TO YOUR WORD WE KNOW WHERE WE WILL NOT EVER BE STAYING!!!

My only drawback was the queen beds were way too small it felt like a full size bed not queen size.

I loved how clean and modern the place was. The pool table in the lobby was a nice touch. Best coffee at any hotel. The bacon at breakfast needs some help, but everything else was great .

The gym area was excellent. The decor is trendy and fun. The walls are thin but that was our only complaint.

Unique hotel

Staff was great. Gym was clean

The room looked clean and I appreciated that wasn’t any carpet but I spilled some water on the floor and the towel was quite black when I wiped up the spill. Then a strange thing happened at 11:30pm when someone tried to get into my room. The security block stopped them from coming in. Scary when it wakes you up. Guest services knocked on my door a few minutes later but didn’t explain why someone also had a key to my room. Besides that the 2 night stay was ok. Pillows are very flat.

Excellent hotel conveniently located by the interstate. Only complaint is the breakfast, pancake machine didn’t work and they didn’t keep up to refill the rest of the food items.

Only thing about the stay that was bad is that I use a cpap and they had a scheduled power outage that no one mentioned so I got very little sleep

Room was great and staff was helpful. It was pretty loud though being so close to the highway. We even brought a sound machine. If you’re a light sleeper choose a different hotel.

The whole room reeked of BLEACH! I appreciate that they want to be sanitary but it took awhile to get rid of the smell. The fridge never worked even after making sure it was plugged in etc. The guy at the front desk was very nice but computers were so slow! Won’t stay there again.

great facility with pool table and outdoor games and sitting area. Rooms were nice!

We were traveling north to McCall to go rafting. This was just a one night stay but it was a NICE evening. The hotel is so clean and the staff was amazing. The assistant manager checked us in and he was wonderful. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. The breakfast was exceptional and I felt exceeded a lot of other Hilton properties. It's not the hotels fault but the sky and air was so smoky due to all the wildfires!
