Clean and the building is secured

Location. The fact that I booked a king bed suite and was given a 2 bed queen room was not OK. I had the manager call me the day before and say that she would work it out but would I be OK with a two bed queen. I said no my husband wants a King. That’s why I booked it two months ago so that we could have a king suite. We were staying there for a week. She said she would work it out. We got there after midnight from our plane arriving late. We were checked in and given the two bed Queen room. My husband went back down and told the gentleman at the front desk that is not the correct room. He said yeah I seen the note on the computer that you weren’t supposed to get it but that’s all we had. And I figured you’d probably check out tomorrow. Which we did. The manger said they just didn’t have any King bedrooms or suites. Why didn’t she tell me that ahead of time as I could’ve booked another hotel. My husband can’t fit in a queen bed comfortably. what’s the purpose of making reservations for the room you want and paying extra if you don’t actually get the room that you reserved ahead of time, isn’t that the point of reservations?

Location, AC, Shower Dirty Room, Irregular Cleaning, No Answer at Front Desk, Very Noisy in Early Morning.

Liked the security of the hotel and the laundry facilities Room had no hand towels, no cooking utensils, just sheets, two body towels, and two wash rags and one roll of toilet paper.

Great property.. Relatively new and great staff.

It was clean and good price/location. And the staff were great Didn't like the pillows or bed. And it would be nice to have a coffee maker in the room

There was nothing in the kitchen to use for an extended stay.

The door to the room didn’t even latch correctly. There was a gap so big you could see into our room from the hallway. Pillows were nasty. I didn’t feel safe and we chose to leave and not even stay. Staff was very kind and helpful but not a well kept building.

Nothing was complementary, not even the coffee. Room was clean but damp all night.

Absolutely the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in very dirty. Staff was horrible at customer service never once did we get any clean towels for four days they left a note on our door saying if you want your trash in you have to take it out all the way to the other side of the parking lot to the dumpsters, they do not empty trash. I’ve never stayed at a hotel where you have to clean up your own room sleep in the same dirty sheets, and use the same towels for four days very angry from California.

Staff was nice. No coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby. No pool. Checked in 4 people and was given 2 towels total. No lobby restroom. I won't stay there again.

I was unhappy that they did not provide kleenexes in room also there was no hairdryer. If you wanted clean linens other than the day they cleaned you had to take the dirty one down to the front desk, Also if you needed your garbage taken out again before they cleaned you had to do it yourself, They only clean biweekly. I will not stay there again.
