I booked 2 double queen rooms at this location early in the morning for family to check in later that evening I even called to confirm both rooms with the front desk who confirmed both rooms and let me know she would make note to have them as close to each other as possible. Not even 30mins after my flight landed to head to the hotel I get an email saying one of the rooms were canceled. I was confused since I never cancelled anything so I called the hotel just to get met by Mary (front desk staff) on the other end of the call with the most disrespectful and unprofessional attitude. I kept trying to let her know I booked 2 rooms via Expedia at the “pay at property” rate and called to confirm both rooms that same day but her words “she was too busy to deal with me and she will cancel both rooms” and followed up with hanging up on me. I tried to call back a few times but she picked up and hung up or just didn’t answer the phone but still tried charging my card. Since my family still needed the rooms and the hotel staff was no help I called Expedia and they were met with the same rudeness from her. My family called the hotel and were told they have 2 rooms booked for them but now it’s 1 king bed for both. Since it was going late into the night my family went to the hotel expecting the rooms to check in but to be met by another staff member who said there was no record. Due to power outages and weather we had to pay more just to get new rooms that had bugs, and smelled of smoke.

How is this place still allowed to be open? Place is falling apart. Staff is useless. Towels were paper thin. Entire roof was filthy. Yellow sheets. Lumpy 10 year old pillow. Disgusting!

This is my honest review Stay as a homeless rather than opting this hotel.

This hotel will not honor my cancelation. Therefore I'm being charged for a room/stay i never got a chance to experience.

I stayed before and it was alright so I will blame it on the influx of people trying to get a room because of the storm...I honestly would give it another try under normal circumstances.

They allowed me to reserve a room on 08/11/2026, and there power was out do to the bad storm they had in Indiana. So I never stayed to even do a review

The hotel did not have my reservation so I was not able to check in.

Service was terrible very rude did not have linen available and breakfast was horrible

When I checked into my room, it was extremely dirty and clearly had not been properly cleaned. There was no toilet paper, feces still in the toilet, dried blood on the curtain, and the bedsheets had not been changed. Went to the front desk and asked for the room to be cleaned. The employee had an attitude with me and wouldn’t even give me confirmation that it would actually be taken care of. The entire environment was uncomfortable and unprofessional, including an employee walking around barefoot. Eventually the room was cleaned, but afterward it reeked of cigarettes and bleach. I tried to make the best of it and stay for the night, only to wake up in the middle of the night to BED BUGS. I STRONGLY recommend staying somewhere else.

Room was okay, had a funny smell. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was lacking but coffee was good. Remote didn’t work the tv but I didn’t stay there to watch tv.

TLDR: I have nothing nice to say: do NOT stay here!!!

The pool was closed, the vending machine was out of order, the cable didn't work and the person at the front desk was never there,

Checking in I received keys to two rooms that had people occupied in them. The room I received smelled wet,and molded. The bed felt moist. We took a shower,and the water didnt go down the drain had to ask for a plunger the next day.

No running toilet/backedup/no tissue. The curtains was torned and shredded and the rooms and hallways stinks and filthy I want a refund for my stay

A murder scene in the room we were in- stains in carpet- blood on the lamp shade- dirty sheets that were stained and not changed or cleaned- no shower curtain - no towels- was only looking to sleep for 4 hours should of not spent any money and slept in my vehicle. Elevator doesn’t work- pool is closed - place should be condemned!

I booked online and reserved my room, then when I arrived it was a sign on the lobby door saying that they were booked for the night. When I went to the desk and told him I had reservations on line he asked me for my ID then said I don’t see your reservation then said I’m all booked for the night

No shower curtain, no toilet paper, no blow dryer, no iron, 1 extra small pillow per bed, holes in the wall, no lamp shades, key card not working for side door or pool, when asked about towels for the pool, I was told to get the ones from my room.

Breakfast was not too good at all. The TV should be updated and should have more clear channels.

1. Whose long brown hair is all over the bathtub? 2. Is that a splattered blood stain on the floor lampshade or is it red wine? 3. Will I itch more if I sleep on top of the stained coverlet or under the covers? 4. Is that bleach spots on the carpet or mold? 5. Is anyone planning on taking a shower? There’s no towels. Let’s just say that I will never stay there again. Well… I guess I shouldn’t say never. It had a bed. We felt safe enough to sleep through the night. Plus, the hotel was filled with fun characters. So, if you are wanting to get some inspiration for a crime novel (fictional of course) or looking to collect random DNA samples, this may be your go-to spot. Just be sure to ask for towels when you check in.
